ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Receive project assignment from Manager for new software application for use by the company or an end-user. Discuss the problem with management and users to determine exact needs.
Develop software code, utilizing object-oriented applications, languages and third party tools. Integrate such code with the work of other team members.
Design and implement interfaces for use with new versions of software.
Develop the software for use by the customer, creating user interface and ensuring customer based functionality.
Develop and carry out testing procedures to ensure the reliability of the design. Debug the project and retest as needed. Document testing procedures and results.

HIRING PREFERENCES:

Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, or equivalent, plus 4-5 years of experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

4+ years professional years C# experience
1+ years WPF or Silverlight experience
Visual Studio 2008 and 2010 experience
Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design to include ability to demonstrate knowledge of design patterns, anti-patterns, and strategies in theory and implementation.
