Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues with software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
- Utilize general troubleshooting techniques and knowledge bases provided in order to diagnose and resolve end user issues.
- Ensure that all issues are documented properly using the call tracking database.
- Assist with project implementations
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal skills
- Great troubleshooting
- Networing & Wireless Knoweledge
- Knowledge of Windows Operating systems as well as the registry, anti-virus applications (virus and spyware removal)
- Active Directory Experience
- Windows Server experience (a plus)
- Basic firewall configuration (a plus)
- A valid driver's license and insurance as this position requires local travel
