Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues with software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
Utilize general troubleshooting techniques and knowledge bases provided in order to diagnose and resolve end user issues.
Ensure that all issues are documented properly using the call tracking database.
Assist with project implementations

Requirements:

Good interpersonal skills
Great troubleshooting
Networing & Wireless Knoweledge
Knowledge of Windows Operating systems as well as the registry, anti-virus applications (virus and spyware removal)
Active Directory Experience
Windows Server experience (a plus)
Basic firewall configuration (a plus)
A valid driver's license and insurance as this position requires local travel
