The Ideal Candidate Will Have Direct Experience In
We are looking for an experienced RF design engineer responsible for the design, prototype and testing of RF and microwave products. The design engineer will have direct interaction with customers to work through the design requirements. The right candidate could oversee assembly technicians.
- Design, build and test of Microwave RF Switch Matrices
- High Power RF and Microwave amplifiers
- Impedance matching
- Have worked with frequencies of at least 3 Ghz
- Test and documentation
- Have used test equipment, network and spectrum analyzers
Additional Desired Skills
- Integrated Microwave Assembly experience
- Have developed Pin Diode RF switch assemblies
- RF filters
- Knowledge of wirebonding and die bonding

Familiarity with low PIM device design techniques
Educational Requirements
- BSEE
Job Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of direct RF design experience
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel to our manufacturing facility, some travel to customer sites and trade shows. Approximately 10-15%.
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Suite
- ANSYS HFSS simulation SW
