The HR Data Analyst will maintain the integrity of a global SQL database. This role is also responsible for generating Excel reports, communication with multiple departments, data entry, and related data integrity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus, with well-rounded analytical and prioritization skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Results oriented, with a high bias for action and a strong ownership of accountability.
- Experience with reporting requests and query creation.
- Experience providing guidance and around choosing the reporting methods, producing user friendly data correctly, and using data to drive business results.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated HRIS and must demonstrate a career in HR Technology progression
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must have a demonstrated track record of interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a confidential manner
- Strong computer skills are required in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Enthusiastic learner, eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts
- Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, pay attention to detail and produce high quality work in a timely manner
