The CNC Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, documenting and troubleshooting Swiss CNC and secondary cleaning, heat treating and deburring manufacturing processes to deliver precision machined products that meets or exceeds customer requirements.
Musts:
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of three (3) years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC Machining
- Proficient in the interpretation of blueprints, including geometric tolerances
- Be comfortable working in a production environment and working (hands-on) with machinists to troubleshoot and test new methods
- Possess a firm understanding of statistics, statistical tools and techniques
- Be proficient in the use of personal computers (PC’s), CAD software and Microsoft Office applications
Wants:
- Experience with CAM software
- Experience with Swiss CNC Machining, preferably Citizens equipment
- Experience with Mechanical Measurement, related gages and equipment.
