Skills Required:
- Need to be able to read schematics and assembly instructions.
- Experience in Mechanical Assembly on an assembly line preferred.
- At least two years experience in a manufacturing work place.
- Experience with electromechanical parts and part numbering system.
- Good reading and communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience using set-up documents and operation procedures for manufacturing specifications.
- 2+ years experience with MS office including WORD and Excel is a Plus.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Flexibility to work non-standard shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Demonstrate good leadership skills with experience in teamwork and team building.
