Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Review of subscription agreements
- Complete KYC and AML on Investors
- Follow up with investors on missing documentation
- Carry out partner transfers and name changes
- Maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records
- Maintenance of bank accounts for funds assigned
- Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts
- Production of Partner Statements, Capital Calls, Distributions and correspondence
- Distribution of Partner Statements, Capital Calls, Distributions and correspondence
- Follow up with investors for payment on past due calls
- Update all contacts information in all systems
- Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls
Education / Qualifications & Experience
- 3-7 years experience in Financial Services
- Exposure to accounting and performance reporting
- Private Equity Fund background
- Demonstrated strong client relationship experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Investran knowledge is a plus
